Damaged Products
If you believe damage has occurred to item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, all packing materials, and item(s) and contact orders@onlyori.com immediately for assistance. You will be required to share photos of the damaged items to qualify for a refund or replacement. For us to process a claim of lost, missing, wrong, and/or damaged items and/or packages, you must alert us within 14 days of delivery of your order.
