Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why your purchase is protected by our 14‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee. We understand that preferences vary, and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 14 days from the receipt date.

For standard returns, all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to denial or additional fees.

 

Damaged Products

If you believe damage has occurred to item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, all packing materials, and item(s) and contact orders@onlyori.com immediately for assistance. You will be required to share photos of the damaged items to qualify for a refund or replacement. For us to process a claim of lost, missing, wrong, and/or damaged items and/or packages, you must alert us within 14 days of delivery of your order. Only.Ori reserves the right to deny claims received after 14 days.
